Key Solutions

The turnkey / overseas recruitment process consists of discrete stages like Attraction / Select and Mobilization. Before the recruitment process begins, the client has to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with our recruitment centers at Crescat Consulting, detailing the recruitment terms. Following this, the client issues a Demand letter (containing the various positions and a gross sum of their requirements), a Power of Attorney and a Specimen Agreement. These documents are used by Crescat Consulting to procure the necessary permissions for activating the recruitment process in India.
